Dimension group

Summary

A dimension group is a partially ordered abelian group that is directed, unperforated, and has the Riesz interpolation property. By the Effros–Handelman–Shen theorem, the countable dimension groups are exactly the inductive limits of groups ℤn\Z^n with the coordinatewise order. The countable ones are exactly the ordered K0K_0-groups of separable AF algebras, and they carry the invariant in Elliott's classification of AF algebras.

What this page needs for W1

  • an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
  • a source with a locator (0 of 1)

The writing levels say how complete the text of a page is. They do not measure its truth.
