Ordinary differential equations Stability Concept
Exponential stability
Summary
An equilibrium is exponentially stable when nearby solutions approach it at least as fast as a decaying exponential. It is a strong form of asymptotic stability that comes with an explicit rate. For a linear system , asymptotic and exponential stability coincide, and both mean that every eigenvalue of has negative real part. Exponential stability survives small perturbations of the system, which makes it the preferred notion in control theory. See the definition.

What this page needs for W1
- an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
- a source with a locator (0 of 1)
The writing levels say how complete the text of a page is. They do not measure its truth.
