Partial differential equations Equations of mathematical physics Concept
Euler equations
Summary
The Euler equations describe the motion of an ideal fluid, that is, a fluid without viscosity. They express conservation of mass and Newton's second law for each parcel of fluid, with pressure as the only internal force. The incompressible Euler equations are the case of the Navier–Stokes equations. They were among the first partial differential equations written down, and many questions about them are still open.

What this page needs for W1
- an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
- a source with a locator (0 of 1)
The writing levels say how complete the text of a page is. They do not measure its truth.
