Frame

Summary

A frame is a complete lattice in which finite meets distribute over arbitrary joins. The open sets of any topological space form a frame, and frames are the algebraic objects of pointless topology. As ordered sets, frames are exactly the complete Heyting algebras; the word "frame" signals that the maps considered preserve finite meets and arbitrary joins.

What this page needs for W1

  • an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
  • a source with a locator (0 of 1)

The writing levels say how complete the text of a page is. They do not measure its truth.
