Definition
Let be a signature and let and be -structures with domains and . An isomorphism from to is a bijection such that both and its inverse are homomorphisms. The structures and are isomorphic, written , if there is an isomorphism from to .
Remarks
The condition on means that also reflects relations: if and only if . For a signature without relation symbols, the inverse of a bijective homomorphism is automatically a homomorphism, so an isomorphism is the same as a bijective homomorphism.
Example: the map is an isomorphism from to , because it is a bijection with and ; its inverse is .
Non-example: let with the empty binary relation and with the relation . The identity map is a bijective homomorphism from to , but its inverse does not preserve the relation, since in while is not related in .

What this page needs for W1
- an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
- a source with a locator (0 of 1)
The writing levels say how complete the text of a page is. They do not measure its truth.
