Jacobian determinant

Summary

The Jacobian determinant of a map from an open subset of Rn\mathbb{R}^n to Rn\mathbb{R}^n at a point is the determinant of its Jacobian matrix there. Its absolute value is the factor by which the map scales small volumes near the point. Its sign tells whether the map keeps or reverses orientation.

What this node needs for W1
  • an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)

The writing levels say how complete the text of a node is. They do not measure its truth.
