Localization of a space
Summary
Localizing a space at a set of primes is the topological analogue of localizing the integers at . For a simply connected space it produces a map . This map tensors every homotopy group and every homology group with . This lets one study a space one prime at a time. The empty set of primes gives rationalization, the starting point of rational homotopy theory.

What this page needs for W1
- an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
- a source with a locator (0 of 1)
