Mittag-Leffler summation

Summary

Mittag-Leffler summation is a summability method that divides the kk-th term of a series by Γ(1+αk)\Gamma(1 + \alpha k) and lets α\alpha decrease to 00. Here Γ\Gamma is the gamma function. For α=1\alpha = 1 the divided series is an exponential series, and the method is related to Borel summation. Applied to the Taylor series of an analytic function, it sums the series in the Mittag-Leffler star of the function.

What this page needs for W1

  • an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
  • a source with a locator (0 of 1)

The writing levels say how complete the text of a page is. They do not measure its truth.
