SKI combinator calculus

Summary

The SKI combinator calculus is a model of computation built from three constants 𝐒\mathbf{S}, 𝐊\mathbf{K} and 𝐈\mathbf{I} and application, without bound variables. Its rules are πˆβ€‰xβ†’x\mathbf{I}\, x \to x, πŠβ€‰x yβ†’x\mathbf{K}\, x\, y \to x and 𝐒 x y zβ†’x z (y z)\mathbf{S}\, x\, y\, z \to x\, z\, (y\, z). Every term of the lambda calculus can be translated into it, so it is Turing complete. It goes back to Moses SchΓΆnfinkel and Haskell Curry, and it is the basis of combinatory logic.

What this page needs for W1

  • an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
  • a source with a locator (0 of 1)

The writing levels say how complete the text of a page is. They do not measure its truth.
