Chromatic number
Definition
Let be a finite graph. The chromatic number is the smallest natural number such that is -colourable.
Remarks
For the complete graph, . For the cycle graph , is if is even and if is odd. A greedy colouring shows that , where is the maximum degree. The chromatic number is at least the clique number.
Explanations

The chromatic number is the least number of colours that you need to colour a graph properly. For a map, it is the least number of colours that keeps neighbouring countries in different colours.
What this node needs for W1
- an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
The writing levels say how complete the text of a node is. They do not measure its truth.
What this needs
To read this node, read these 3 nodes in this order. The foundations come first, and the list ends with this node.
