Hausdorff content
Summary
The -dimensional Hausdorff content of a set is the least total of the -th powers of the diameters of countable covers of the set. Unlike the Hausdorff measure, it allows covers by sets of any size. It is an outer measure that is usually not additive, but it has the same null sets as the Hausdorff measure. So it can be used to compute Hausdorff dimension, and it is easier to estimate.

What this page needs for W1
- an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
- a source with a locator (0 of 1)
