Lattice in a Lie group
Summary
A lattice in a Lie group is a discrete subgroup such that the quotient has finite volume for a -invariant measure. It is the case of Lie groups of a lattice in a locally compact group. The lattices in are the classical lattices of the geometry of numbers, and is a lattice in . Lattices link Lie groups with number theory, through arithmetic groups, and with geometry, as fundamental groups of finite-volume locally symmetric spaces.

What this page needs for W1
- an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
- a source with a locator (0 of 1)
The writing levels say how complete the text of a page is. They do not measure its truth.
