Pseudocomplement

Summary

Let LL be a lattice with a least element 00, and let a∈La \in L. The pseudocomplement of aa is the largest element whose meet with aa is 00, when such an element exists. It is written a∗a^*. In a Boolean algebra it is the usual complement, and in a Heyting algebra it is a→0a \to 0. Pseudocomplements give a weak, intuitionistic form of negation.

What this page needs for W1

  • an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
  • a source with a locator (0 of 1)

The writing levels say how complete the text of a page is. They do not measure its truth.
