Statement
Let . For , let be the solution at time of the free Schrödinger equation with data . It is given by the Fourier transform as .
Call a pair admissible if , , and For , let be the conjugate exponent, with . For an interval , let be the norm over of the function . Here is the Lorentz space with Lebesgue measure, and is a Lebesgue space.
Then the following two estimates hold, where the implied constants depend only on and the exponents.
-
Let be admissible. Then for all ,
-
Let and be admissible. Let be an interval and let . Then for all ,
Remarks
The classical Strichartz estimate is the same bound with in place of . Since is contained in for , the first estimate is stronger than the classical one. The paper allows in its admissible pairs. This node requires , since the linked Lorentz space needs a finite first index.
