Fluid mechanics Foundations and kinematics of flow Concept
Fluid dynamics
Summary
Fluid dynamics is the part of fluid mechanics that studies fluids in motion. It seeks the velocity, pressure and density of a flow from the laws of conservation of mass, momentum and energy. Its central equations are the Navier–Stokes equations for viscous fluids and the Euler equations for inviscid fluids. It covers aerodynamics, hydrodynamics, weather, ocean currents and blood flow.
