Continuity in R^n
Definition
Let , let , and let . The function is continuous at when, for each , there is a such that for each with . Here is the Euclidean norm of Euclidean space. The function is continuous on when it is continuous at each point of .
Remarks
Let be a limit point of . Then is continuous at if and only if , with the limit of a function of several variables. A function into is continuous if and only if each component function is continuous. Sums, products and compositions of continuous functions are continuous. So each polynomial in is continuous on . Continuity in each variable separately is weaker: see the separately continuous function that is not continuous.

A continuous function has no jumps: if you move the input a little, the output moves only a little. In the plane, "a little" means inside a small disc, so the condition must hold for moves in every direction.
What this node needs for W1
- an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
The writing levels say how complete the text of a node is. They do not measure its truth.
